Our story

It's with great pleasure that we give you a warm welcome at Residence Martin B&B! If you like to make yourself at home then you are to make the right choice! In fact, our B & B has a very familiar caracter since it is run by our young family consisting of me, Veronica from naples, and my husband Nycolas that, instead, is Canadian, and then there are our 2 children!

We wanted to start our journey as a young family in one of the most beautiful cities in Italy, Florence! Not by case, we decided to run an activity that would allow us to share and exchange our experiences, passions and love of this city with those who honor us by choosing to stay in our Residence. We just love our work and perhaps that is why for us the visitor is not a customer but a friend. And as such we like to treat you. Not only will we illustrate the artistic, culinary and monuments of the city but above all, we will make sure you don't feel like a stranger in this magnificent city but that you live it and love it like us!

In the heart of the historic center

Situated in the heart of Florence, the Residence is just 3 blocks from the Santa Maria Novella train station and Fortezza da Basso, the centre of all events in the city. Only a few minutes walk from the famous Duomo, the Cappelle Medicee, the Accademia and Uffizi museums, and all main attractions of Florence . We can help you to reserve museums, info chartering and guide maps Being right in front of the San Lorenzo Market, you will find all characteristic Tuscany food and wine products.

If you want to cook you can use the full equipped kitchen and eat in our nice and quiet terrace in the backyard during the spring/summer or at the dining table inside. Of course, we can also direct you to some of the best restaurants in the area. All this to make you feel right like home!!
